The Sparkle Awards categories celebrate the exceptional talents and dedication of individuals in the travel industry. The judges, representing award sponsors Royal Caribbean, Edinburgh Airport, Delta Airlines, Stuba, Travelsphere, Travel Matters, and Gold Medal, evaluated anonymous submissions that highlighted how these individuals excel in their forward-facing customer roles.
